The house

The 5,000-square-foot home has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, wood floors and a large furnished patio. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not. Outdoor facilities include lounge chairs, a gas grill and a gas fire pit.

The main-floor kitchen has Viking appliances, marble counters, an island seating three and an informal table seating four. French doors lead to a formal dining room seating six. An adjoining living room has a fireplace and built-in cabinetry. A main-floor king suite has a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub and a walk-in closet. The laundry room and powder room are also on this floor.

Upstairs, a queen suite has a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and a balcony overlooking the pool. Three further bedrooms each have one queen bed and a standard closet; an additional full bathroom with a shower serves this floor. All five bedrooms have air conditioning. The lower level contains another living room, a wet bar, wine cooler, home office and full bathroom with a shower.

The home has central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment. It lies between Sag Harbor and East Hampton, with towns and beaches minutes away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
