Is the pool fenced?
No. The pool is not fenced; the backyard is fenced.
Is pool heating included?
No. A propane deposit is collected at booking, and the charge is based on actual usage at the end of the rental period.
Are pets allowed?
Pets may be accepted with the owner's approval. Inquire in advance. The dog approval fee is $250 per dog per booking, and additional fees or a security deposit may apply.
