The uncovered deck has a dining table and multiple seating areas. Outdoor facilities include a gas barbecue, lounge chairs, a gas fire pit, a private heated outdoor pool and a private dock with direct access to Mattituck Inlet.
The main floor has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. The lower level has a double/full bedroom and a bedroom with two queen beds. The second-floor bedroom has a king bed, two twin/single beds, streaming TV, a walk-in closet and a balcony/deck. All five bedrooms have air conditioning. Full bathrooms are located on the main floor, lower level and second floor; the first two have showers and the second-floor bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
Facilities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, a wood-burning fireplace, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a Sonos speaker system and a television in the main living room.
