The house

This furnished home accommodates up to 13 guests on a private block in Mattituck. Its open-plan living and dining areas include couches, an entertainment center and a kitchen with appliances and a breakfast bar. Sliding doors open to a back deck with water views.

The uncovered deck has a dining table and multiple seating areas. Outdoor facilities include a gas barbecue, lounge chairs, a gas fire pit, a private heated outdoor pool and a private dock with direct access to Mattituck Inlet.

The main floor has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. The lower level has a double/full bedroom and a bedroom with two queen beds. The second-floor bedroom has a king bed, two twin/single beds, streaming TV, a walk-in closet and a balcony/deck. All five bedrooms have air conditioning. Full bathrooms are located on the main floor, lower level and second floor; the first two have showers and the second-floor bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, a wood-burning fireplace, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a Sonos speaker system and a television in the main living room. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, ice maker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. There is a garage, driveway parking for six cars and an electric vehicle charger.

Local wineries are nearby, and restaurants, shopping and art galleries are a short drive away. Local beaches are nearby. Outdoor pool use and outdoor equipment availability are seasonal.
