The home accommodates up to 13 guests and has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The top floor contains an open-plan great room, kitchen, dining area, ship’s watch, a king ensuite bedroom with deck access, and a half bathroom. The second level has another king ensuite with deck access, a queen bedroom with deck access, a twin bedroom, a full bathroom, a den and laundry. The first level has a bedroom with two bunk sets, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a recreation room with a pool table, two arcade games and a full-size refrigerator.
The equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, streaming TVs, an Xbox 360 with games, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided.
Outdoor facilities include a private pool with seating, a hot tub, three levels of decking, a crow’s nest with horizon ocean views, a deck swing, outdoor speakers, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, a basketball hoop, horseshoes, cornhole, ping pong and ladder ball. Five beach chairs are provided. Community amenities include tennis and pickleball courts and beach access. Shopping and dining are nearby in Corolla. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway.
The Welcome Program supplies a starter kit with paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag in an insulated cooler bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Guests supply additional paper products, trash bags and soaps. The electric fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
