The home accommodates up to 10 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite; two further bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the fourth has a king single with a single trundle. The rumpus room in the carpeted garage has two king single beds. The ensuite has a shower, toilet and hand basin. The family bathroom has a shower, bath and hand basin, with a separate toilet.
The central living area has a heat pump and Smart TV/Freeview and opens onto a courtyard for outdoor dining. There is also a separate TV room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, drink fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, blender, Soda Stream, air fryer and Nespresso coffee machine. The laundry has a washer/dryer combo and a second fridge.
The spacious, fully fenced backyard has Kubb, pétanque, giant Jenga and a cricket set. A dartboard is available in the garage. Outdoor facilities include a BBQ, table and chairs. A highchair, baby change table and children's toys are provided. Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels, with pillows and duvets supplied. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure.
The private driveway provides off-street parking for cars and a boat up to 5 m. Waipu village's shops, cafés and restaurants are a five-minute walk away. Uretiti, Ruakaka, Waipu Cove and Langs Beach are a ten-minute drive away. Outdoor security cameras operate during stays. There is no pool or hot tub.
