Waipu village's shops, cafés and restaurants are a five-minute walk away. Uretiti, Ruakaka, Waipu Cove and Langs Beach are a ten-minute drive away. Boat parking accommodates boats up to 5 m. Two guests sleep in the carpeted garage on king single beds. Outdoor security cameras operate during stays.
