Four ground-floor bedrooms comprise two twin rooms and two double rooms. An additional upstairs room has three single beds; the maximum occupancy remains eight guests. There are three bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub.
Outside are a private swimming pool, sun loungers, terrace and outdoor dining area. The pool measures 9.5 × 4 m and is 1.20–2.10 m deep. Neighbouring properties mean visual privacy is partial.
