The house

The villa has a ground-floor living-dining room with Smart TV and an equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and blender. Four ground-floor bedrooms comprise two twin rooms and two double rooms. An additional upstairs room has three single beds; the maximum occupancy remains eight guests. There are three bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub.

Outside are a private swimming pool, sun loungers, terrace and outdoor dining area. The pool measures 9.5 × 4 m and is 1.20–2.10 m deep. Neighbouring properties mean visual privacy is partial.

Fans, Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer, safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. A cot and high chair can be supplied for babies. Playa de Sa Coma is 0.85 km away, and S’Illot is 0.4 km away.
