House rules
No parties. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00. Pets require prior owner approval and are allowed only July–December. A pet cleaning charge of $50 per stay applies and is included in the total booking amount. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must not be left unsupervised unless crate-trained. Guests must clean up after their dogs. Packages are not available.

The home spans two storeys, with two bedrooms downstairs and three upstairs. Dutchman Beach is 100 m away; Soldiers Point Marina is 300 m away; Bannisters Resort and Cheeky Dog Bar are 500 m away; Soldiers Point Boat Ramp is 1 km away; Sunset Beach is 2 km away; Salamander Bay Shopping Centre is 3 km away. The backyard Coffee Pod tree drops seed pods typically January–June that are toxic to dogs if ingested. Outdoor pet supervision is recommended even during July–December.
