The house

The home has two bedrooms downstairs and three upstairs. An open-plan lounge and dining area connects with a renovated kitchen and a covered alfresco deck overlooking a fully fenced yard. The front balcony offers sunset views and ocean breezes. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and vanity.

The kitchen includes a Delonghi pod coffee machine, a refrigerator with a water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, freezer, kettle and toaster. Coffee pods are available at local supermarkets. The lounge has a Smart TV with streaming services and an indoor fireplace. Wi-Fi, fresh bed linens, smoke alarms, laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer, and an iron are provided.

Downstairs Bedroom 1 has reverse-cycle air conditioning, while Bedroom 2 has a portable fan. Each upstairs bedroom has a ceiling fan. A high chair, toddler bed rail, baby bath and portable cot are available; the home is suitable for children and infants. Outdoor facilities include a BBQ, utensils, dining and seating areas, a garden and balcony. Free carport and off-street parking each accommodate two cars, and boat parking is available.

Dutchman Beach is 100 m away, Soldiers Point Marina is 300 m away, and Bannisters Resort and Cheeky Dog Bar are 500 m away. Soldiers Point Boat Ramp is 1 km away, Sunset Beach is 2 km away, and Salamander Bay Shopping Centre is 3 km away. Pet stays require prior owner approval and are limited to July–December, with an additional cleaning charge and specific dog rules.
