- Reverse-cycle air conditioning in downstairs Bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 has a portable fan; the three upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans.

- Parking
- Free parking on the premises. The carport and off-street parking each have space for two cars. Boat parking is available.
- Pets allowed
- Pets require prior owner approval and are permitted only from July to December. An extra $50 per stay applies and is included in the total booking amount. Dogs must stay off beds and furniture and must not be left unsupervised unless crate-trained. Guests must clean up after their dogs. Supervise pets outdoors because the backyard Coffee Pod tree produces pods toxic to dogs if ingested, typically January–June. The yard is inspected before each stay during July–December.

- Fully equipped renovated kitchen with modern appliances, a Delonghi pod coffee machine, refrigerator with water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, freezer, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses.

- Laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer; an iron is also available.
