House rules
Up to two pets are allowed; dogs are limited to 75 lbs total, cats are not allowed, and all pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. No smoking applies from 2027. Electric and gas fireplaces are available January 1–April 26 and October 11–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
The home is semi-oceanfront. The beach is a short stroll away, and Duck shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is limited to five vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
