Check-in is Sunday at 4:00 p.m.; check-out is Sunday at 10:00 a.m. The home is eligible for early check-in.

Up to two pets are allowed. Dogs are limited to 75 lbs total; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken.

There is a private outdoor pool. Optional heating costs $500 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. Pool opening dates are April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027. Extending pool dates in 2027 costs $300 plus tax per week.

Parking is available for five vehicles.
