The house

“Life is Good” is your home away from home! Within walking distance to Duck shops and restaurants, this vacation home has ocean views and a private optionally heated pool. The beach is a short stroll away, so whether you’re up early for the sunrise, or setting up for a day of sand and sun, you can be back at the house in a few minutes for anything you may need. Get comfortable in the great room on level three that boasts stunning views of the Atlantic.

The open floor plan moves you along to the sitting area, dining area, and into the well-equipped kitchen. Whip up a snack and a cocktail and step out onto one of the spacious decks to take in the sea air. One Ensuite resides on this floor as well. The majority of the sleeping quarters are found on level two, in addition to the den which provides a quiet place to relax and unwind. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Additionally, you’ll find the rec room with a pool table, and another spot to hang out and watch tv!

Out back, the spacious pool area awaits for fun in the sun. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub! Vacationing at this Outer Banks gem will have you saying “Life is Good!”
