What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. A changing room with a shower is available for early arrivals or late departures.
Is airport transfer available?
A private-car transfer from Marrakech airport is complimentary for direct bookings using the EXTRA-PRIVILEGE promotional code; otherwise it costs €19 per trip.
Is reception open 24 hours?
Yes. Reception is open day and night.
Is the pool heated in winter?
Yes. The outdoor pool is heated during the winter season.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not accepted.
Is parking available?
The hotel has no private parking, but can arrange secure parking nearby.
Can extra beds be added?
An extra bed can be added to Superior Côté Patio and Superior Côté Jardins rooms for an additional charge.
Are baby cots and family equipment available?
Baby cots, baby baths and bottle warmers are provided free of charge.
Can visitors enter guest rooms?
No. Access to rooms and pergola terraces is reserved for resident guests. Visitors may be welcomed at the bar and restaurant.
Are there requirements for couples when one person is Moroccan?
When one member of a couple is a Moroccan national, a valid official document proving marital status must be presented at check-in to access the room.
Which rooms have easier access for guests with reduced mobility?
Most Superior Côté Jardins rooms are at garden level; two Sultane Suites are on the ground floor. Solarium rooms and one Sultane Suite are accessible by elevator. The restaurant is on the ground floor, and the spa and fitness room are accessible by elevator. Please mention access needs when booking so the room can be assigned accordingly.
