Room and pergola-terrace access is reserved for resident guests; outside visitors are not permitted in rooms, but may be welcomed at the bar and restaurant. Pets are not accepted. An extra bed is available for a supplement in Superior Côté Patio and Superior Côté Jardins rooms. If one member of a couple is a Moroccan national, a valid official document proving marital status is required at check-in for room access.
Getting there
Jemaa El Fna square is a 15-minute walk away. Most Superior Côté Jardins rooms are at garden level; two Sultane Suites are on the ground floor. Solarium rooms and one Sultane Suite are accessible by elevator. The restaurant is on the ground floor, while the spa and fitness room are accessible by elevator. State access needs when booking for room allocation.
