Rich woods and organic stone finish the interiors. Folding glass walls connect the living room and formal dining area to an expansive natural-stone lanai with a private plunge pool, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. BBQ grills are available at Laola.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, ice maker, blender, coffee maker and wine fridge. The upstairs primary sleeping rooms each have a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The downstairs guest sleeping rooms have a queen bed and a king bed respectively, with access to a guest bathroom. Each sleeping room has split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, lanai and ocean view. The primary suite also has a standalone shower, bathtub, double vanity, walk-in closet and television.
Shared Hokuala facilities include the Kaiholo infinity-edge pool, Maliula pool, ohana pool, hot tub, tennis courts, Timbers Fitness Center, spa services and weekly resort activities. Hualani's Restaurant and Nalu's Restaurant at Maliula provide on-property dining, and the Ocean Course at Hokuala offers golf. Concierge services, pre-arrival grocery shopping, daily housekeeping, bicycles and paid beach-equipment rentals are available.
The townhome includes central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable and Smart TV, a washer and dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, a safe, iron, hair dryer and private carport. Roundtrip airport transfers, on-property rental cars and daily buffet breakfast for a maximum of two guests per bedroom are available through the resort offerings. A $40 daily resort fee is charged by and paid to Hokuala Resort upon checkout.
