The 3,105-square-foot villa spans two levels, with stairs between them. Broad glass doors connect the great room and formal dining area to the main lanai. At least three private lanais, sun loungers, hardwood floors, natural stone surfaces and blue-toned interiors frame the ocean and mountain views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, ice maker and wine cooler, with a BBQ for outdoor meals. The living area has television, cable service and a stereo. Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, a safe and a smart lock are provided. An elevator is available in the building.
The primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 2 and 4 each have a king bed; Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Every bedroom has split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, outdoor access, ocean and mountain views, a television and a walk-in closet. Each bedroom has an ensuite with double vanity, a separate tub and shower.
Shared resort facilities include the Kaiholo and Maliula pools, a hot tub, sauna, Timbers Spa, Timbers Fitness Center, tennis courts, bicycles and the Ocean Course at Hokuala. Concierge services and Kauai Beach Boys Concierge are available. Hualani's Restaurant and Bar and Nalu's Restaurant at the Maliula Pool provide nearby dining. Pre-arrival grocery shopping, on-property rental cars, spa services, weekly resort activities and beach equipment rentals are available; beach equipment rentals carry a charge.
Daily housekeeping, daily buffet breakfast for a maximum of two guests per bedroom, and roundtrip transfers to Lihue Airport are included. Free parking is provided. A daily $40 resort fee is charged by Hokuala Resort and paid upon checkout.
