The estate combines open-plan living and dining spaces with ocean views, a furnished great room and a dining area seating ten. The fully equipped kitchen has high-end appliances, a large island, a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and small appliances; BBQ facilities and a wine fridge are also available.
Three ocean-view suites have ensuite bathrooms and private balconies or lanais; the primary suite has two balconies. A fourth bedroom uses a shared bathroom. The detached fifth-bedroom studio includes an ensuite bathroom and wet bar. All five bedrooms have central air conditioning. The primary ensuite has a jetted tub and separate double shower with ocean views; other bathrooms include soaking tubs and showers.
An expansive lanai provides shaded seating and outdoor dining areas. The lawn and private beach path lead directly to Lanikai Beach. The private heated pool has complimentary heating, and there is a hot tub, garden, private yard and outdoor shower.
Whole-home carbon water filtration serves drinking and bathing water. A laundry room has a washer and dryer, and linens and bath amenities are provided. Entertainment includes smart TV, satellite or cable TV, DVD and Sonos audio. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and coolers are available; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Lanikai Beach and the Lanikai Pillbox Hike are accessible on foot. Kailua Town shops and eateries, Kawainui Marsh, Maunawili Falls Trail and Ulupo Heiau State Historic Site are a short drive away. A car is recommended. The estate is offered on a monthly rental basis, including when guests stay fewer than 30 days, with exclusive use for the full rental period.
