Monthly rental terms apply even for stays of fewer than 30 days: the full monthly rate applies, with no prorating, and the home remains exclusively yours for the full period. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. A minimum age limit applies. Beach equipment rentals incur an additional charge.
Getting there
A private beach path provides direct access to Lanikai Beach. Lanikai Pillbox Hike is accessible on foot. Kailua Town, Kawainui Marsh, Maunawili Falls Trail and Ulupo Heiau State Historic Site are a short drive away. A car is recommended. The estate spans two levels.
