The fenced property has a garden, a private chlorine pool measuring 3.5 × 3.5 metres with depths from 1 to 1.85 metres, loungers, a parasol and a poolside table. A large porch provides outdoor dining, table tennis, darts and a pétanque area. There is also a seating area with a sofa and two armchairs, a barbecue area and an outdoor bathroom with a shower.
Inside, the living-dining room has a Smart TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The equipped gas kitchen includes a microwave and oven. The three bedrooms have wardrobes, low-energy radiators and air conditioning: one has two single beds, one has a double bed, and one has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. A separate shower bathroom serves the rest of the house. Heating is available in all rooms. A cot and high chair can be provided.
The laundry room is adapted for bicycles and contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are available. The wood stove is decorative. Pollença town is 2 km away, Port de Pollença beach is 7 km away and Pollença Golf is 4 km away.
