Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The wood stove is decorative. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 66 km away, Pollença Golf 4 km, Estació de Sa Pobla train station 16 km, the Cecili Metel bus stop in Pollença 2.5 km, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal 16 km and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca 22 km. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.
