All three bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also a shared shower bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. A cot and high chair are available.
The air-conditioned living-dining room has two sofas, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has gas cooking facilities. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Wi-Fi is available.
Outside are a 13 × 5 m chlorine swimming pool, four sun loungers, three terraces, an equipped porch and a barbecue. The pool depth ranges from 0.5 to 1.6 m. There is a small golf course, with golf clubs and balls available. Exterior parking accommodates one car.
