Pets are not allowed. Events are forbidden. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

The house is arranged over three floors. Exterior parking is limited to one car. S'Arenal Beach is approximately 8 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 15.6 km away, and the Av. Regne de Mallorques bus stop in Sa Torre is 290 m away.
