The 921-square-foot duplex townhome spans two levels and has panoramic 180-degree ocean views, with ocean views from nearly every room. The open-plan living area has plush seating, a 58-inch Smart TV and an adjacent dining area seating six. Air conditioning is provided throughout.
The kitchen has quartz countertops, white shaker cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven. Cookware, utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, blender and rice cooker are provided. The private lanai has a five-person patio set and two chaise lounges beside the oceanfront lawn.
The primary bedroom has an ocean-view window and an ensuite bathroom with updated finishes. The guest bedroom has a garden view and an adjacent full bathroom. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a memory-foam sleeper sofa and has a ceiling fan, full-bath access and lanai access. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
High-speed Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer, Smart TVs and cable or satellite television are available. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear are provided.
