The house

The 921-square-foot duplex townhome spans two levels and has panoramic 180-degree ocean views, with ocean views from nearly every room. The open-plan living area has plush seating, a 58-inch Smart TV and an adjacent dining area seating six. Air conditioning is provided throughout.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, white shaker cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven. Cookware, utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, blender and rice cooker are provided. The private lanai has a five-person patio set and two chaise lounges beside the oceanfront lawn.

The primary bedroom has an ocean-view window and an ensuite bathroom with updated finishes. The guest bedroom has a garden view and an adjacent full bathroom. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a memory-foam sleeper sofa and has a ceiling fan, full-bath access and lanai access. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

High-speed Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer, Smart TVs and cable or satellite television are available. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear are provided. The home has a private entrance and self check-in/check-out. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher and smoke detector.

Shared community facilities include an ocean-view swimming pool with lounge seating, tennis and pickleball courts, grass volleyball, ping pong, BBQ areas and outdoor dining pavilions. Beach access is steps from the lanai. Keauhou Shopping Center, Kahalu‘u Beach Park, restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Kona Country Club, hiking trails, historical sites and downtown Kailua-Kona are a short drive away.
