The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and an island seating three.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, direct lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan and a nearby full bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space in the living room. Both bathrooms have renovated finishes and mobility-friendly showers. Air conditioning is limited to the bedrooms; common spaces have ceiling fans and ocean breezes.
