The house

Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet 1104 accommodates up to six guests in a renovated, single-level condominium. The open-plan living and dining area has island-inspired furnishings, Smart TV, a dining table for five and sliding doors to a private lanai with seating and ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and an island seating three.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, direct lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan and a nearby full bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space in the living room. Both bathrooms have renovated finishes and mobility-friendly showers. Air conditioning is limited to the bedrooms; common spaces have ceiling fans and ocean breezes.

High-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet, an in-unit washer and dryer, Smart TVs, linens, beach towels and beach gear are available. Beach equipment includes an umbrella, mats and coolers. The home has a private entrance, solid-surface flooring and step-free access from its assigned parking stall. Parking and resort fees are included.

The gated Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club provides a shared heated pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball, BBQ stations and shaded pavilions. Ancient Hawaiian ruins are within the community. Keauhou Bay is within walking distance for snorkel charters, kayaking and dining. Kahaluu Beach Park, surf shops, historical sites and shopping centers are a short drive away. Beach/Shopping Trolley stops near the complex connect to markets, theaters and gift shops. A car is recommended.
