Renovated by an architect, the apartment has a wooden-floored living area with a double sofa bed, workstation, design bookshelves and dining area. The mezzanine sleeping area contains a queen-size futon and built-in wardrobe. A small balcony overlooks the remains of ancient buildings.
The equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, coffee machine, moka pot, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. The apartment also has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and iron; the bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.
The central train station is 1 km away, with trains and buses to and from the airport and buses to Mondello and Monreale. Palermo's historic districts offer UNESCO heritage sites, a Baroque itinerary and tours of the Ballarò and Capo markets.
