The townhouse has an open-concept living area with tropical décor, large windows, plush seating and ocean glimpses. The dining area seats six, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, crockpot and rice cooker. A private lanai overlooks landscaped gardens with partial ocean views.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, partial ocean views, central air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, garden views, central air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedroom 3 has twin beds convertible to a king with sufficient advance notice, garden views, central air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Each bedroom has space for a crib or pack and play. There is also a second full bathroom.
The home includes Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and beach gear. Community facilities include a heated shared pool, hot tub, BBQ stations, garden walkways, an oceanfront park and lagoon access; a fitness room is also available.
