House rules
Monthly rentals only; the fixed monthly charge applies regardless of nights stayed. Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property. Children are welcome. Request conversion of the twin beds to a king with sufficient advance notice.
Getting there
A car is necessary. Ko Olina Lagoons, the Golf Club, restaurants and seaside paths are within walking distance; beaches are a short walk away. Kapolei shops, marina activities, hiking trails and local markets are a short drive away. Nearby redevelopment at the former Paradise Cove Luau property began March 2, 2026 and is expected to continue for approximately 21 months. Work is scheduled Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; occasional noise, traffic and light dust may occur.
