This fourth-floor, single-story condo has a balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The beach is an easy walk across the street. On-site facilities include a dock and boat slips along the waterway, private pickleball courts, a shared heated pool open year-round, a hot tub and a grilling area. Bring your own pickleball paddles.
The living area has two sofas and a 50-inch smart TV. The modern kitchen has a full suite of appliances. Bedroom 1 has one king bed, and Bedroom 2 has two double beds; each bedroom has a smart TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable and a shared washer/dryer are available. Beach essentials, bed linens, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided.
Restaurants and stores are within a few minutes’ drive, and Salt Rock is an easy walk away for dinner. The St. Pete/Clearwater trolley stops directly in front of the property.
