The home has open living spaces with coastal decor, a plush sectional and a flat-screen TV. Glass doors connect the living area to the backyard. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a breakfast bar and a Keurig coffee maker. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed; the third has a double bed and a twin bed. There are two bathrooms, with a bathtub among the amenities. Towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers and a hair dryer are provided. A washer and dryer are available in a common space.
Outside are a private pool, a tropical outdoor bar and a private dock for fishing and canal views, with Gulf access by boat. Fishing poles, beach and pool toys, and a portable radio are stored in the garage. Streaming is available using guests' own accounts, and Peacock offers movies and television shows. Pets are welcome subject to a pet fee and applicable restrictions.
Optional electric pool heating costs $32 per day plus tax and must be requested from VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival. Heating depends on weather and does not guarantee a particular water temperature. Cape Coral offers restaurants, shopping and entertainment, with nearby beaches and Southwest Florida attractions available for day trips.
