What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00 daily. For arrivals after reception closes, the hotel sends a PIN by email to retrieve the room card from a self-service box. Reception is staffed Monday–Friday 7:00–22:00 and Saturday–Sunday 7:30–22:00; outside those hours it remains available by phone.
When is breakfast served?
Buffet breakfast is included in all room categories. It is served 6:30–10:00 on weekdays and 7:30–11:00 on weekends. A gluten-free option can be prepared on request in advance.
Is parking available?
The hotel has its own parking directly on site, free for guests. Guests with larger vehicles should contact reception before travelling to clarify access to the parking area.
Can I charge an electric vehicle?
There are two electric-vehicle charging spaces, rated at 11 kW. Charging costs CZK 33 per 30 minutes. Please notify the hotel in advance to reserve a space.
Can I bring a dog?
Dogs are accepted in Economy rooms by prior arrangement. The fee is CZK 349 for the first night and CZK 99 for each additional night.
Are extra beds or a cot available?
An extra bed costs CZK 399 for the first night and CZK 299 for each additional night, including breakfast, for guests aged six and over. A cot costs CZK 199 for the first night; subsequent nights are free.
Is the hotel accessible?
Rooms are accessible by elevator. One Economy room has an accessible bathroom with a shower; please mention this when booking.
Is Wi-Fi available, and do all rooms have air conditioning?
Wi-Fi is free in the hotel. Air conditioning is available in the Superior and Standard categories, but not automatically in every room. Please request it when booking if it is important to you.
Can I store and charge a bicycle?
The hotel offers a lockable bicycle store and e-bike charging. Reception can assist with storage. Larger cycling groups should arrange capacity in advance.
