House rules
Dog stays are limited to Economy rooms and require prior arrangement; the fee is CZK 349 for the first night and CZK 99 for each additional night. An extra bed for guests aged six and over costs CZK 399 for the first night and CZK 299 for each additional night, including breakfast. A cot costs CZK 199 for the first night and is free on subsequent nights. Check-out is by 11:00. For late arrivals after reception closes, a PIN is sent by email to retrieve the room card from a self-service box. Reserve an electric-vehicle charging space in advance; charging costs CZK 33 per 30 minutes.
Getting there
The hotel is at Komenského 384 in central Hranice. A passage from the third floor leads directly to the town square; a room card opens the return entrance. The hotel says it is five minutes from the D1 motorway. Parking is on site; guests with larger vehicles should check access with reception in advance.
