When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 on arrival day and check-out is by 11:00 on departure day. The Therme Meran remains accessible after check-out.
What should I do if arriving late?
Please notify the hotel in advance if arriving after 21:00.
Is late check-out possible?
Late check-out is available on request and subject to availability; an additional charge may apply.
Can I request a particular room type or room number?
Rooms are individually designed. Requests are considered, but a particular room number or floor cannot be guaranteed.
Where can I park?
The Therme Meran underground garage is within walking distance. Hotel guests receive reduced parking rates, payable at the hotel on departure.
How do I reach the hotel by car?
The hotel is in a traffic-calmed zone in central Merano. Provide your license plate in advance so access can be arranged.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, and for no-shows, late arrival or early departure, the full amount is charged. Different terms may apply during certain periods, such as New Year's Eve.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in selected rooms when requested at booking. The fee is €20 per pet per day. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
