Check-in from 15:00; check-out by 11:00. Notify the hotel in advance for arrival after 21:00. Late check-out is on request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Pets are permitted only in selected rooms and must be requested at booking; the fee is €20 per pet per day, and pets are not allowed in the restaurant. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before arrival; later cancellation, no-show, late arrival or early departure is charged at the full amount. Different cancellation terms may apply during certain periods, including New Year's Eve.
Getting there
The hotel is in a traffic-calmed zone in central Merano. Send your license plate in advance to arrange vehicle access. The Therme Meran underground garage is within walking distance and offers hotel guests reduced rates.
