The hotel offers several room categories in a main building and an adjacent building. Some rooms have views of Dlouhá Street. All rooms are air-conditioned and have an LCD TV, a laptop-size safe and a refrigerator. Bathrooms have a shower, hairdryer and toiletries. A kettle, cot and iron are available on request. Reception is staffed 24/7; staff speak Czech and English, and some also speak German, Italian and French. Rooms are cleaned daily by 3:00 p.m.; linens are changed every third day. The hotel is in a lively area, and street noise may be noticeable, especially on weekends and holidays.
