House rules

For a standard reservation, cancellation is free until 2:00 p.m. on the day before arrival; cancelling later or not arriving incurs a charge equal to the first night's stay. Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled free of charge and are paid at booking. The city tax is CZK 50 per person per day and is not included; it is paid at the hotel. If a stay is shortened, the following night is charged in full. Two room cards are provided at arrival and must be returned to reception at departure; a lost card incurs a CZK 200 fee. Guests can request no housekeeping by hanging the notice on the door handle. A free transfer from the airport or main railway station is offered for reservations of four or more nights made through the hotel website. If breakfast is not included in the room rate, it can be purchased for CZK 250 per person.

Getting there

Old Town Square is a two-minute walk away. Some rooms are in an adjacent building with an entrance 10 m from the main building. The elevator in that building stops at the mezzanine. Rooms in the front historic building are not accessible by elevator. The hotel is in a lively area; street noise may be noticeable, especially on weekends and holidays.
