The chef's kitchen has granite countertops and an adjacent dining room. Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans. A usable fireplace, washer, dryer, bed linens, bath towels and hair dryer are provided. Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, parking and a stretching/yoga mat are available.
Sliding glass doors open onto a furnished back deck overlooking the half-acre lawn and sunken pool. The pool house has air conditioning, a refrigerator and darts. Outdoor equipment includes a grill, one adult bicycle and seven beach chairs.
Private Clearwater Beach and its marina are one mile from the house. Guests receive key-card access and can use the gazebos. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
