House rules
The trullo living-room fireplace is decorative and must not be used. Barbecue charcoal is not supplied and must be purchased separately. Guest registration is mandatory before access instructions can be issued; instructions for submitting documents through the Guest Portal are sent seven days before arrival. Tourist tax applies to the first five nights and is collected in cash. Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; late check-in from 21:00 to 01:30 costs €40. Check-out is at 10:00. Air-conditioning and heating use must comply with the stated Italian temperature and seasonal operating limits. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
Getting there
Both the apartment and trullo have internal steps; take care when travelling with children. The trullo bedroom has no separating door from the living room. A car is recommended to reach the house and explore the area. The Ostuni coast is approximately 15–20 minutes away by car, with beaches including Pilone, Rosa Marina, Torre Pozzella and Lido Morelli. Ostuni railway station is 7 km away; Brindisi railway station and Brindisi Airport are each 42 km away.
