The house

The property comprises an apartment and an adjoining trullo, with two living rooms, two kitchens, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a veranda and a private garden.

The apartment has a living room with a dining table, sofa and TV, plus two double bedrooms with wardrobes and chests of drawers; the first bedroom also has a TV. Its bathroom has a shower enclosure, washbasin and toilet, but no bidet. The trullo has a living room with a dining table and TV, a double bedroom with an armchair, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a bathroom with a shower enclosure, washbasin, toilet, bidet and washing machine. The trullo bedroom is not separated from the living room by a door.

Both kitchenettes have induction hobs, refrigerators, freezers, ovens, moka coffee makers, kettles, wine glasses and cooking utensils. A microwave and toaster are also available. The private garden serves the whole property and has outdoor tables and chairs, sun loungers, a shower with hot water and a barbecue. Bed linen, towels, an iron and ironing board, a drying rack and a hairdryer are provided.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is available. Heating/cooling split units serve both living rooms and the apartment bedrooms. Parking is inside the courtyard beyond the entrance gate. Both buildings have internal steps. The washing machine is only in the trullo, and its living-room fireplace is decorative and cannot be used.

The house is a few kilometres from central Ostuni, amid olive groves, dry-stone walls and low hills. The Ostuni coast is approximately 15–20 minutes away by car. A car is recommended for reaching the property and exploring the area.
