- Heating/cooling split units are in both living rooms and the apartment bedrooms. Summer average indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C; winter weighted average temperatures must not exceed 19°C. Heating is limited to nine hours daily from 22 November to 23 March under the stated local regulations.

- Unlimited Wi-Fi.
- Parking
- Parking is inside the courtyard, immediately beyond the entrance gate.
- Kitchen
- Two kitchenettes, each with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, moka coffee maker, kettle, wine glasses and cooking utensils. A microwave and toaster are also available.
- Washing machine
- The washing machine is only in the trullo bathroom.
