House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight guests. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Reservations require approval before confirmation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $150.00 per night of the reservation. Events of any size, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. The owner may need to show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

All four bedrooms are on the second floor. Veterans Beach is nearby; Mattituck's shops and attractions are a short drive away. The pool is not fenced. The home is not wheelchair accessible; a crib is not provided.
