The house

Grapevine Modern accommodates up to eight guests in four second-floor bedrooms, with three full bathrooms upstairs and a half bathroom on the main floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a full ensuite with shower and tub, a walk-in closet and a private balcony/deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full ensuite with shower. The remaining two bedrooms each have a queen bed; a third upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combination. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and TVs.

The open-plan interior includes a living room with a large-screen TV, a dining room, an upstairs media area and work-from-home spaces. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, silverware, wine fridge and ice maker. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided.

Outside are a private heated outdoor saltwater pool, a covered deck/patio, outdoor dining furniture, a gas grill and four lounge chairs. The backyard is fenced, but the pool itself is not fenced. Free parking is available.

Nearby wineries include RGNY Winery and Macari Vineyards. Mattituck's shops and attractions are a short drive away, and Veterans Beach is nearby. Photos show staged furniture; furnishings at check-in will be of similar or better quality. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
