The second-floor apartment has an entrance hallway with a large open kitchen and stools. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. The sleeping and living space has a queen-size bed, a single armchair bed, television, and a desk with a chair. A bathroom with a shower and a small balcony overlooking the building’s entrance alley complete the layout. A hairdryer and iron are provided, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The apartment is in the old town’s limited traffic zone. Nearby public parking is recommended, with exploration of the old town on foot. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is just over an hour’s drive away, and the train station is a 30-minute walk away. Ortigia has the Zefiro and Nettuno solariums and the small free beach of Cala Rossa.
