The third-floor apartment has three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, bedside tables and lamps. The open-plan living and dining area includes a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table with six chairs. Large windows bring in natural light, and the interiors have wooden floors and decor in soft greens and earth tones.
A balcony offers city views; its railing shows some wear. There are two complete bathrooms with hairdryers.
