Suitable for children. No pets, parties or smoking. Evidence of smoking may result in a minimum €200 smoking fee. Treat this personal home with care. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time, and verify your identity before check-in. Self check-in starts at 15:00, subject to availability and confirmation; checkout is at 11:00. For stays longer than 30 nights, a utilities fair-use policy applies with a limit of 80€. Extra keys cost 20€ for an extra pair when available, lost keys or a door-opening service during your stay. Extra cleaning with linen costs the amount of a cleaning fee. Extra towels and sheets for two people cost 30€, with the stated condition 'when the sofa bed is not included'. Free cancellation is available up to five days before the check-in date.
Getting there
Access to the third-floor apartment requires stairs; there is no elevator. The balcony railing shows some wear. The Port Wine Cellars are a 15-minute walk away. Porto's centre and historic area are five minutes away by metro. Gaia Cable Car is 2 km away, Arrábida Shopping is 5 km away and Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 14 km away.
