The living room has a sofa, flat-screen cable TV and a large dining table. The open-plan galley kitchen has a four-burner cooktop and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The apartment has a large south-facing patio with outdoor furniture and views of the Streif, two TVs, satellite TV, central heating and free Wi-Fi. One outdoor parking space is provided; additional cars can be parked free at Pfarrau parking area, approximately 100 m away.
